How do I order?

Just click on a product you like and add it to your cart. Then just follow the easy checkout process.

How do I use a promo code?

Promo codes can be entered at checkout. Enter the code exactly how it appears. Promo codes can't be cumulated with other promotions and will not apply to sale items unless otherwise specified. 

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

You can shop with Ora Era without creating an account. However, register with us and you'll be able to enjoy the following benefits: 

  • Track your orders and review past purchases
  • Save your address and card details so you can shop even quicker next time
  • Receive latest updates and be eligible for special offers

I’ve forgotten my password. What shall I do? 

To reset your password, click on “Forgot your password?” and follow the instructions on the login page. If you still have trouble resetting your password or accessing your account, please email us at hello@oraera.com.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and even cryptocurrencies like Bitcoin as a form of payment. All credit/debit card transactions are in US Dollars. All payments made on our website are secure - we use the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available) - and we do not store any of your payment information.

What currency are your prices in?

All prices are in US Dollars.

Can I split the payment across multiple credit cards?

Unfortunately, it's not possible to split payments across multiple credit/debit cards or payment methods.

I received a receipt from PayPal but nothing from Ora Era. Did my order go through?

Yes, if you received a confirmation receipt from PayPal after using PayPal to check out on oraera.com, your order has been successfully submitted. Please note that if you checked out as a guest and used PayPal as your form of payment, your receipt from PayPal is the only form of confirmation you will receive about the order. To receive a copy of the confirmation receipt along with subsequent tracking updates in addition to the receipt from PayPal, please create an account and/or login before checking out on oraera.com.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We process our orders very quickly and unfortunately cannot typically make changes after an order has been shipped. If you notice the mistake straight away, though, please send us an email at hello@oraera.com along with your order number as a reference and we’ll try our best to see if a modification can be made.

 

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. Your order will be carefully packaged and delivered wherever is most convenient for you. 

When will my purchase ship? 

We want you to have your Ora Era product as soon as possible. In-stock items typically ship out 1-2 business days after the order is placed, unless otherwise stated on the home page or product page.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive a shipment notification email that will contain a tracking number. You can also find your tracking number on your account page on oraera.com if you logged in before making your purchase. To do this, simply login to your account on oraera.com and click on “View Order” next to the respective order. There you’ll find your shipping method and the tracking number associated with that order.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes between 3-4 working days for express shipping and between 5-8 working days for standard shipping. You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey. Please allow for up to 2 business days to receive your shipment notification email after placing your order.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping worldwide. Express shipping costs USD 40.

Do I have to pay duties and taxes?

We cover duties and taxes for shipments to all countries. You won't have to pay additional fees beyond the product price.

What is your return policy?

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you're not happy for any reason, you may return eligible Ora Era products within 30 days of receiving the order, provided that the items are unused and in original condition, including all original packaging. Please note that items purchased at a 30% or more discount are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The costs associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer. You can ship with the carrier of your choice. You will need to send your parcel back to our return address at your own cost. For international returns outside of Hong Kong a $20 fee will be deducted from your refund. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

What is the return process?

How long does a return or exchange take to process?

Your refund will be credited to the original payment method. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Ora Era. However, you may be able to recover these by contacting your local customs bureau directly.

What is your exchange policy?

We don't have a formal exchange program. If you'd like to exchange something for a different color or size, we treat it like a return. Then you can place a new order on our website for the item you'd like to receive in exchange.

When will I receive my refund?

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method, you will receive an email notification when your return has been processed. Please note that refunds can take up to 10 working days to show on your account due to varying processing times between payment providers.

 

Products & Warranty

Are there any stores where I can see Ora Era products?

Currently, we sell through our website and Instagram only. However, we’re working on building relationships with reputable department stores in different countries, so that you can see our products in their full physical beauty in the near future. To get more of a sense of a particular product, check out our product pages or go to Instagram and search the hashtags #oraera or #oraerafam or images tagged @oraeraofficial. How long is the warranty on Ora Era products?

Every Ora Era product comes with a 2-year warranty. Our commitment to exceptional quality and craftsmanship extends to the service you and your products receive. We, therefore, offer a full manufacturer's warranty against defects. We will happily replace or repair your product as fast as possible. Simply contact hello@oraera.com and we’ll take care of you!

This warranty applies to materials and workmanship under responsible use and does not cover:

  • Damage caused by accident, abuse, or neglect
  • The natural aging of materials or wear and tear
  • Purchases made using online auction sites or other unauthorized resellers
